All services are provided on a project-by-project basis, as agreed between the client and Obedullah Graphics.

2. 📅 Project Timelines & Delivery

We aim to deliver all design work within the timeline discussed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Revisions requested by the client

  • Delayed client response or approval

  • Complex project requirements

Urgent delivery may be subject to additional charges.

3. 💵 Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are quoted based on the scope of work

  • 50% advance payment may be required to start the project

  • Full payment must be made before final files are delivered

  • All prices are non-refundable once work begins

For larger projects, payment milestones can be arranged.

4. 🔄 Revisions Policy

Each project includes a set number of free revisions (usually 2–3). Additional revisions may incur extra charges depending on the time and complexity involved.

5. 📂 File Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final design(s)

  • Obedullah Graphics reserves the right to showcase the design in our portfolio or on social media (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Source files may be shared upon request

6. 🚫 Prohibited Use

Clients may not:

  • Resell our designs without permission

  • Claim credit for our work if altered or edited by others

  • Use our designs in a defamatory, illegal, or harmful manner

All information shared with Obedullah Graphics is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share your details with third parties.

We do our best to deliver high-quality, functional designs. However, Obedullah Graphics is not liable for any indirect losses (such as loss of business or reputation) caused by the use of our designs or website.
